need turbo help (searched)

I just recently bought my first s13 with a redtop in it. I am trying to figure out which turbo would be best for the applications that I am looking to do. I would like a turbo that would spool up early since I am looking to use it more for mountain road fun than drag. since I can't seem to read a turbo flow chart, I am wondering if the t28 or the gt2871r. I would appreciate your help and I have searched for the answer. thanks

Try searching one more time. With different key words this time. Try "Turbo Choices" There you will find the answers. Search or get a really good flame suit.

t28, ~300whp max, gt28rs, ~340whp max both spool very fast and and very stock like (my gt28rs makes 18psi by ~3200rpm). If you want bigger power the gt2871r .64 has a ceiling of about 400whp but most setups make around 350-375whp on safe boost, you sacrifice a bit more spool but not very much. All of those turbos are very responsive and work well on the SR

You need bigger injectors, a tune or piggyback, a maf and fuel pump for good measure.

yes, and a maf and fuel pump are required. The stock 240 fuel pump can barely handle stock boost on a t25, get a walbro if you haven't. SR maf/injectors max at ~270whp, if you are gonna upgrade injectors aim higher than your hp goal, 550cc injectors max around 350whp, 740cc are are good for 450whp+

spoon feeding some more, the sr maf as I said maxes at ~270whp, z32maf is good for about 500whp

sorry about that. sounds good to me. It sounds like the gt28rs is more of what i am looking for. I will just need to look out for a good deal on one and a set of injectors.
