Ok, so my ECU is throwing the code 43 which is TPS. Its a Redtop SR.
I have replaced the TPS with a brand new unit and it was still throwing the code. I bypassed the wiring harness and its tried to reset the TPS voltage to .35-.65 (FSM specs) while at 0% throttle. The thing is, at 0% throttle, its reading 5.15V and at 100% throttle, its reading .50V (readings taken from a Volt/Ohm meter).

Why would the readings be backwards? and no, the TPS isnt installed backwards, haha (i dont think!).

You are checking the wrong pins, when plugged in it should be the bottom 2 pins, fully closed it should be 0.35-0.65v, fully open ~4.0v, if it doesn't work try checking the top 2 pins =]

Ok, same exact thing (did input and output read 5.15V at 0% and .5V at 100% and input and ground and it read the same)

I have always grounded one lead (ground), and picked signal from... middle pin? Sorry i am not right infront of it.

Ok, i am absolutly retarded! You have to put it in the OUTPUT and GROUND....i was always putting it on input and it was still just reading a constant 5.15V....put it on the output and ground and it reads correct! aaahh, Statik wins the imaginary prize! thanks, haha
