Wow noob to the max, search please... I'll give you one thing I know, s15's aren't available in the states unless you're rich and can import one...

^"the full car version" I think he means originally like that, not converted from something else I guess... Don't know though I'm not a mind reader...

ok seriously.
WTF is with people EXPECTING OTHERS to do their research for them?
Surely this is a sign of me getting old, but DAMN, when I was a noob, I KNEW my place.
I busted ass to help myself, and gained respect by showing I'm not a child and can find answers USING THE TOOLS ZILVIA PROVIDES.

This goes WAY beyond saying, "use the search", this a learned behavior; a personal mentality that says, "I'm lazy and spoiled. CATER TO ME!"

Here's a quote from the Rules & Guidelines that you no doubt read correct?
Try the Search Feature, many common questions and topics have been brought up many times before and chances are you will find excellent information on your desired questions. Also try looking in the FAQs & Archive Section for answers. You can also look on the Zilvia.net Technical Page.

"Supaman" (that name alone says SOOOO much about the person): if you want to get ANY useful help here, you'll need to prove that you're not just a bandwagon hopping drone. This post has already taken you pretty far in the wrong direction... lucky for you, the flames so far seems pretty low, swallow your pride and search before doing another post, it's the only way you'll be saved from humiliation and ridicule round these parts :/

Unfriendly? Maybe... but True? Definitely.

Hey there Supaman, there's a general rule around here in Zilvia in case you havent noticed. Usually when you post a thread with a bunch of questions, you are sure to only recieve replies of "g0 search u freakin n0ob"./exaggeration

My advice like everyone else's here, is for you to search. to get you started here are a few suggestions for you.
-Check out the regional forums for information on FL
-If looking for a price of a 240, check out the "cars for sale" section
-Advertiser section, group buys and the for sale section will help you on finding parts for you car

hope this helps.
I wouldnt say im an oldie of this forum, but welcome to ZILVIA!

the people in florida make florida fail. bullshit attituded and way too huge egos.

to answer your question *because I am bored to tears*

We never got silvia, instead we got 240sx. Same body but different engine (KA series) they are good to a point, you will most def want to swap in a SR. We have many shops in Florida who can do the swap for you. The average price in Florida for a S chassis are

s13 - 1-4k
s14 - 3-10k

We never got the s15 as said above. They can be imported here though. Look to spend no less than 20g though. Florida is pretty chill when it comes to registering cars though.

As for the gas question...........thats completely retarded. We dont know where you will be working or how far you have to drive. Gas here is now 3.10ish for regular. We can hold about 13 gallons of gas (iirc)

Insurance isnt that high here anyway. I think this is where the KA engine helped out a bit. I am paying about 503 every 6 months for full coverage (over 25 and married)

I think I covered everything you asked for......I think
