s13 & s14 springs swap

does s13 & s14 springs and struts are interchangeable.  i know this have been asked before, but i was never around to read it. so im gonna ask ne way. also, what yall think about SPRINT lowering springs for 240, are they any good compare to sportline and h&r? how much weight does sprint springs hold front and rear?

You know how the two have different part numbers...

While I don't know just why, they are different and not interchangeable.  As for Sprint springs, with the cost of lowering springs being so close (maybe $80 b/n best and no name (i.e., Sprint, Arospeed, etc.) why skimp?  Save up for an extra week and get a proven performer like Eibach or H&R.
