These are the part numbers for the components that usually fail in SR alternators. The components can easily be replaced.

You have no idea how many people you would be helping you pulled this off.

Well I ended up pulling it off...
All the parts listed above fit perfectly in a S13 SR20DET alternator with the B post being in the back of the alternator and not out the side.
The downside, the B post is now 5mm and should be a wider post. There may be another rectifier out there that has a wider post, you just need to hunt down the right part number. Then again, you might not even need the rectifier, I just replaced mine for the hell of it since I had it apart. Most of the time it's just the regulator that is busted so you might just replace that at a cost of 20 bucks and some time.
Hope this helps some out :)

Are you still bleeding from it?
Local place I use does any alternator I bring them for $85, that includes sandblasting and painting the case too. Even a heavy duty unit from a truck doesn't cost more than $125 or so. Your place ass raped you like a school girl.

Figured I might as well post in here. Went to the local rebuilder that everyone recommended. He told me these parts are no longer available and could only order me a whole new alternator for $130.
