FS: 91 s13 coupe w/ sr

I'm still looking to sell my 91 240sx coupe SE. Help me get out of debt. I have a 60k+ mile red top sr20det in the car right now. Compression numbers are 154-156 straight across(excellent per fsm). I've owned the car for almost a year now and the sr20 plus all aftermarket parts have been on the car for not much longer than 3-4 months only. I use this car as a daily driver and is clean title. Does have some rear skirt driverside damage though...most of the quotes I've been getting to fix it is around $500. Instead of fixing the dent and selling the car for much more, I'm just going to sell it as is since I have no more motivation to spend anymore money on cars.

Info about car:

-Chassis has I think 170k miles
-Sr20det has somewhere around 60-70k miles(kms written on valve cover to prove mileage, not guesstimating)
-working powersteering, power windows, and power sunroof
-Clean title and car is white with Navy/Black interior
-Registration just paid for another year
-Will smog when I get full payment or 50% deposit
-3" dp and 3" testpipe
-Greddy bov
-Koyo Radiator
-New waterpump
-New belts
-nismo engine/tranny mounts
-nismo pivot ball(where clutch fork mounts to inside bell housing)
-XTD stage 3 six puck clutch kit
-VDO boost gauge and volt meter gauge installed on autometer dual gauge pod
-K&N filter
-JDM tachometer in usdm gauge cluster

Bad info:
-Dent at driverside rear skirt(estimated cost of $500 to repair)
-Cracks on dash above gauge cluster
-Cold Start issue
-Starter may be on its way out(might be related to above problem)
-little surface rust around sunroof

Thanks bro, but I may end up parting it soon if I pick up a civic some time this week. There's a few civics that I'm looking into right now so we'll see what happens!
