puel pump that no one still dont have answer to

i got s13 sr20 into a zenki s14. im troubleshooting puel pump.....hardwire fuel pump and its good. its a new puel pump....my ecu is good. the relay has 4 pins....1 gets nothing, another has reading 12 volts....the 3rd gets 12 volts.....last gets volts and sometimes reads as ground. i know battery gives ecy volts needed to start pump which is 12 volts then it sends signals to relay to close then completes it to start the pump.....its not starting. no lines are crossed. anything im missing. the pump wire to ecu is good but dont know where it goes. what do i do now?

Im surprised its not working, did you do anything to change it? If the car ran fine b4 with a ka, the pump should be just plug and play unless some of your wiring harness is chopped up. Check over wiring or something.. You can probably supply power to the pump to see if its working
