hi guys newb here...

dont flame me...

im thinking of buying an s14 and putting the greddy turbo kit on it.. i know it wont make alot of power but the smog legality of it is the most impt thing for me alittle boost is nice too :)

jsut wondering if it is a bad kit? or what? or any reviews or opinions on it...

as for turbo cars... ive had a long history with it.. from turbo supra etc...

i used to drive an s13 back in 96 when people thought the s13 was a girls car hahhaha

Welcome, I have an S14 w/ the Greddy kit on my KA & it's a decent turbo kit. The only reason I bought the kit was becuase at the time Greddy said it was gonna get the thing CARB certified, but I don't think they went through w/ it.
It's pretty much a simple kit to install, almost everything you need is included (except an intercooler, but Greddy says you only need that if you wanna go higher on boost).

NOTE: Next time, you should SEARCH before posting a question to see if it's already been asked & answered.

This kit is kind of a joke. It's overpriced, and only makes around 170-180whp on average. Only advantage to buying this kit is it comes with an E-manage already tuned for the injectors.

I like my turbo kits to have to have shit welded in the intake to keep them from creeping.

I've seen other people average of around 220whp w/ the kit.
