you should call the cops asap, while you still have a chance of recovering something. buyer of the car sounds VERY shady too. unless there was forgery involved (not likely for a mere $900, and such a stupid, sloppy theif), it doesn't seem right that someone would buy a car without a slip. whats to say he doesn't buy other stolen cars and sell the parts?
