what should i offer?

ok so i have 2 S13s that i plan to go look at soon the first one is a black coupe 124k on and auto...it also has a white checkered flag design across the hood and front bumper:down: asking $1500

the second is an 89 hatch, maroon..also auto w/manual windows it has a dent in the driverside door and quarter panel.Brand new shocks, left ball joint, battery, belts, front bumper asking 1400

what should i offer for these...im sure i could talk them down to $1000...maybe ill buy em both and sell em i cali lol but let me know opinions..
...also i totaled my s14 and wondering if i get door panels for power windows if i could take the window motors and switches and power locks (autoloc) from my s14

also how much should i expect to pay for a full paintjob on either one of these

lol thats pretty effin low as the prices are, i dont think you're going to be able to get more than maybe a couple of hundred and by couple i mean 200...if that....seriously thats pretty low...they dont look to be in too bad of shape so for that price they look pretty good......and i'd say a full paint job you're looking around 2 g's for a fairly decent shop.....and for the power window stuff from an s14 to an s13 i dont know if that'll work, i dont think the panels will work though from just lookin at them........a bit off topic but arent you the guy that asked if i was "white"?

yeah well i know that the coupe is 1500 obo so maybe ill try and get it a little cheaper idk how negotianable the hatch is

edit:at these prices im thinkin a project s13 and ill still be able to buy a daily
also tryin to look at an s14 auto for $2200 but rebuilt title

so anyone know about my power window question?...can i use window motors from a s14 in an s13 if i get power door panels

the windo motors should work, even if its not a direct bolt in, it would be pretty simple to fabricate a mounting strap(s)

^^ yeah thats true i really cant decide whether i like the s13 or 180sx front since id probably be doing a conversion on the coupe....anyone have some inspirational pics to sway me either way??

a little off topic, but if you end up buying one of them and need a paintjob let me know. a good friend of mine is a painter, he painted all of my cars for alot cheaper than any bodyshop and they all came out amazing.

dude the coupe is the way to go if you arent doing all the body work yourself. at least from the pics that hatch looks like it will be more costly to fix with that quarter panel. and either way youll prolly do a full paint job so unless you can save the money from the price tag of the car its not worth the extra money youll spend in body shop fees. I deff would not pay more than 1000 for the hatch with that body damage. and the coup would be worth a few hundred more to me but it depends on how clean they are inside and how they are mechanically. mechanicals alone can run you up a few hundred to say the least just to get the car driveable. either way if you do get a new 240 that needs some serious body work let me know and if your willing to drive an hour or so my buddy might be able to fit your car in the schedule and he should be able to save you some considerable money. not to mention he is really really good. - Chez

the coupe seems to be in better condition that the hatch. as far as the "racing grapics" when i bought my coupe it had worse shit on it. think autozone decals and paintings of larger decals across the side wish i had pics
yeah as far as paint goes it depends on the quality . anywhere from 1500 to $$$$

ha yeah i didnt end up getting either one of them i found a 95 with 96k never modded, stock radio, tape player and everything...asking $4,000 I got it for $2500
