TEIN HE Question

I recently got my he's and when I try to turn the front damper , it only turns 5 times both directions. it stated 16 level. Or do they only have 5 level on front? Am i misreading something here?

something sounds wrong. they should click 16 both the front and rear..

post some pictures.. maybe they arent HE's? that or they are messed up.. should be 16 total levels of adjustment...

both my HEs and my girls HEs have 16 clicks front and rear. is it possible that you just turned the adjustment knob a little to quickly and ran through the 16 adjustments???
