This probably would'nt last. I have a sr20det GTiR 4 throttle intake that I know can be modified to fit the rwd sr20det.

Here's what I'm including:

Lower Intake Manifold with ITBs
Upper intake manifold
Manifold air box
Idle air control valve
Cold Idle control valve
Vacuum manifold
Throttle position sensor (TPS)

Dont sleep on this one!

$440

If you want all the mods done to bolt up to a rwd sr20det which includes:

Modifications to lower intake manifold
Custom upper intake manifold
Custom airbox

Add $300 ( Total $740) Contact me for shipping quote

This would be a one of manifold. Your TPS harness would have to be extended to reach the TPS since it would be closer to the firewall. Some tuning required so a SAFC2, emanage etc., is highly recommended. And of course you need top feed injectors, fuel rail and fuel regulator. Any further wiring for IAC, cold air valve etc is easy but up to you.

Thanks

Yessir.

I may have another one available soon and the upper intake mod I may make available like one a week. I'll post some closeup pics of the one I'm currently making for a forum member so people have an idea of what I'm making and the quality.

It does however take sometime to make the upper intake so I have to work it in with my regular work schedule. The upper intake mod I do so that the intake would clear your hood. I've made other custom intakes for the ka24det as well. Here are some of the projects I've made intakes for:

ka24det in corolla

ka24det in altima with direct port nitrous

13b in Datsun 210

3S in Ae86

Most recent but unfinished when pic was taken - fwd sr20det for b14

I'm not producing these manifolds, I've just done a couple here and there for people. If you want me to notify you when I have one available just PM me.

Thanks

I wish GTiR ITB's where as easy as you make it sound.

I have 'em, it's doable and worth it - but alot more time than you say is involved.

Also, $760 is a smoking deal for all the time involved fabbing these up right.

As long as you can close your hood, custom airbox? do you mean the plenum - that would solve the hood problem.

No it's not easy that's for sure. By conventional means it does take a significant amount of time to fab. I've got alot of experience welding aluminum and I have a laser cutter and scanner at my disposal so the fab work is minimized significantly. The custom airbox (plenum) I am making as one piece to replace the upper intake manifold. It'll have 2-3in runners and the iacv and vacuum manifold are going to be able to bolt down to it. The velocity stacks takes me about 30 mins to fab between sawing and pressing with the die and manual press I have. Nothing fancy but smoother airflow is achieved.

I dont pay for using my friends shop, or the materials, so I'm passing on the savings to forum members. I am a field serivice technician so I fix his laser when it goes down for free. All the above manifolds for those projects mentioned I've done for free.

Just as an example, this is a bracket I made for my custom ignition setup. The programming took 15mins and cutting took less that 1 min on the laser:

The laser is awesome and for me aluminum is one of my best materials to fab. Oh and BTW the laser costs $750,000

Do you have pics of the custom plenum?

I wish I had seen this last year.

This would be my first rwd GTiR 4 throttle mod intake setup. If you're buying the plenum mod also, I have a 240 sr20 test bed that I'll be using to check the fit of the new plenum. I dont produce these plenums, they are ALL one of prototypes, so you'll be the only person with the design. No two manifolds I make are the same. The design is simple. Simple formulas and designed around a specific power band consideration.

Previous interested buyer has not paid yet so I'm making it available again.

$440 - Manifold
$300 - Plenum mod and mod to fit sr20det or sr20de head
