Wd40 or soap water.
Instant boost leak tester.
Can't get any cheaper than that. Unless you use Skeet or saliva.

Wander through the aislea at your local Lowes or Home Depot, be creative...

just measure the size of you pipes and go to lowes or home depot and get some caps, and go to the parts store and get a valve stem. that is what i did. drill a hole in one of the caps and install the valve stem. fill it up with air and listen for air leaks and to pin point the spot use soap and water.

which pipe do you hook it up to? the intake pipe?

You can hook it up to the intake pipe and pressureize through the turbo, but if you do that its not a good idea to leave the valve cover vent connected, as you dont want to pressurize the block as well. Otherwise, disconnect the hotpipe from the turbo and install it into the hotpipe where it would normally connect to the turbo outlet.
