Here ya go from start to finish...just did this last week:
1. Remove the three screws that run along the bottom.
2. Remove the screw cover and screw located on the side console (along the arm rest).
3. Remove the screw behind the door latch.
4. Run you hands along the inside of the panel to pop the clip retainers out...should be four or five total. If you can't fit you fingers inside, you can use a flat-head screwdriver, but go slowly as to not damage the panel or break the clip retainers.
5. You will need to carefully pop the panel out from behind the door latch (opener). The piece that goes around the outside of the door latch should come out.
6. Pull the side console out and disconnect wire harnesses if you have power windows and/or locks.
7. Lift out and up from the bottom. Be careful due to the fact some of the clip retainers may have found their way back into the door. Once out, just lift up slowly and the door panel should come out. The inside molding comes with it by the way.
Speaker install:
1. There are four or five screws that hold the stock speaker platform to the door. It takes a 10 or 12 mm if I remember correctly. Disconnect the factory wiring harness from the speaker.
2. Then, there will be four screws holding the speaker to the platform. Remove these.
3. Remove the stock speaker, then if you are lucky enough to have your new speakers line up with the adjacent holes on the other platform, install and put back together.
4. More than likely, you will have to drill either some new holes on the platform, or what I did.
5. I took the top of the old speaker (it's glued together with factory speaker), drilled some holes on it to line up with my new speakers. Next, use a little super glue to ensure the hold. Then screw in the new screws. It's very important to predrill these holes. You are working with plastic and odds are you will break it when screwing in new screws without some type of pilot drills.
6. Install new speakers, remember to connect them.
7. Install is in the reverse order.
Note: the vent on the door panel can stay in...it's not connected to the inside of the car at all. It will come out with the door panel.

Thanks for the detailed response this also could help me out just searching around before I decided to make a new post. But my door handle on the outside of the driver side is extremely loose when i pull on it to open my door and I was told I could easily tighten it up but id have to remove my door panel to do so. Just curious if this information will work for me? I own a 95 s14. Thanks for the help again.

I'm tired of idiots posting "how to" In a tread and it's not telling us "how to" do anything but ask stupid ass questions, google could have answered this for you.
How about post in the title "how DO I?"
Stupid.

Okay, all you noobs out there...this is the perfect example of how not to bump a thread.
If you bump an 10 yr old thread to ask a question thats in relation to the original question...that is perfectly fine. But to bump an old ass thread just to make a quick quip about it is fucking retarded!!!
