Its 3% and its charged to any seller that is a premier account for accepting credit cards. The seller usually passes on the 3% charge to buyer either by openly saying it or raising the shipping price by that 3% in order to not take a 3% loss themselves. I hope that answers your question in full.

Depends on seller; we do not charge extra as it is "factored in" our profit margins we wish to gain.

Scrolling around here I see some sellers want you to add it to the quoted prices...

It's 3% plus 30 cents.

So, for a $250 item:

250.00
x 1.03
257.50
+ .30

$257.80
That makes the total fee $7.80

Really depends on volume the seller has but most round to 3% if they do this... We do not do this, but anyway, we are charged 2.2% + the 30 cents. With a little more volume, we can be at 1.9% + 30 Cents...

A smaller seller is 2.9% + 30 cents.
