Im not sure w/the 180 pop-ups, but like on my S14 and most cars at that, there should be a hole or sumtn with a gear look'n thing in it. You could use a phillips and just turn the gears. Try popping up the lights and open the hood. Try look'n at the side of the light housing. OR anywhere else around the lights that seem to look like gears or sumtn adjustable.

There should be two adjustment screws on the top and right side of each bulb. You don't need to take anything off as you can adjust them just with a normal screwdriver. Park your car facing your garage door or something and start screwing in or out those screws until your lights go up or down. Sounds like you probably want to adjust the top one.

Good luck,

my front left headlight was like that too when I first got my car. Turn on the headlights when on flat ground, facing a wall. Tighten the screw UNDER the headlight to dip it down (or try loosening the top to do the same thing). To raise the light up (and be an ass hole by blinding ppl on the road), just tighten the TOP.
