Q's about Tein HA

I was wondering if anybody has had experience with Tein HA coilovers. Initially i wasn't considering coilovers because of the ride harshness but the 16-way adjustable dampening sounds pretty good. Also, do you have to take the coilover apart to adjust the dampening? Im basically looking for a 2" drop w/o a crazy stiff ride.
I already tried the search but nobody seems to have had experience with them.
