SAFC-II install. Not working properly

I installed my SAFC-II when I installed my turbo, fuel injectors, etc. I used: http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s286/johnwr1983/PLXDiagram240sx_Page_1-1.jpg

I fooled around with the wiring and checked how everything is set up. I have everything soldered to the wires shown in the diagram, then covered with heatshrink or Electrical tape.

Once again, I went to sensor check and now my throttle reads 5.115** volts. This never changes when the throttle is pressed, etc. It reads the Throttle is 100%. No RPMs when the engine idles either.

Any ideas?

you need to set the sensor type, i forget which settings you have to change on it, but go onto apexi's website if you don't have the manual, and download the .pdf. It will tell you in there
