Anyways I just bought a 1 1/16 Z32 master cylinder from a fellow zilvia member for my z32 brake swap. Comparing the cylinder I got and the pictures from importnut and from few searched threads, I gotta say that mines is different, because there are only two openings and they're facing the opposite directions unlike to the others. The question is would this bmc still work for me, and/or is this even the right bmc?

My brake master cylinder:

The pictures from Importnut.net:

Unless your car is RHD that will not work...

It's from an ABS car which is why there are only 2 brake fittings, so if you don't have ABS you can not use this.

That's from an R32/R33, there's no extra port on it. You can make an adapter and split the fronts between one output, but that's kind of janky.

Yea, not gonna work

You need a MC that had the third port plugged, not non-existent.

Bummer for you.

Even if it's the wrong part, you can make it work. You just need to follow importnut's steps to making that middle port an outlet for the third brake line.

If you have a dremel and a punch kit you can do this pretty easily.

You have to cut the tapered fitting out of your old BMC and install it in that middle port.

Just read up on his website he's got all the steps in there.

You didn't look at it good, there's no port at all, even with a plug.

I'm gonna run over to napa to see what they got in stock, the napaonline site shows their 1" bore master cylinders, I'm gonna check to see if they have the 1 1/16"
