i have a mechanical auto-meter temp gauge and was wondering where is the most accurate place to place/drill in the sensor.
its a KA24DE

Taking temps from the side of your skull? Wouldn't it read around 98.6*? If you're healthy I guess.

on the hot radiator hose. yes the one comming out of the block. NOT before the thermostat on the cold side. just get an adapter to put in your out-hose.

Purchase a 'Custom Steel' CNC water temp sandwich plate and install it

that water feed/ probe pert is very gangsta!!! btw, butto answer your question, like 420sx said driverside return hose with an adapter
