nope. different bores, different cooling passages, the bolts wont even line up.

impossible, unless you can ...yeah just don't do it. If you want some power then turbo the SOHC.

It will not work without extensive machine work, and in the end, it's better to just turbo the SOHC or piece together an SR swap.

tell your friend that its really not that expensive to rebuild a bottom end of the sr20... assuming there is no major damage

its about 1500 for a stock rebuild through any reputable shop

just stroke and bore the sr, it will be cheaper in the long run..
anything is possible...
i mean you could breed a donkey with a dolphin too thanks to the magic of engineering (genetic)

Yes is this possible? my friend just blew his sr20det but the head is still good. Going to let it go for a cheap price.. well since i have a SOHC i want to go dual for a cheap price. then go turbo and make like 400hp. i seen KA24DE make that kind of power so anything is possible. Has anyone done this before and if so what tools and hardware will i need to get the job done? :repost:
you can do it but you'll need a rubber hammer and one of these
