My elbow and downpipe are leaking exhaust and when i stop, all of this goes into the inside and i get massive headaches. This stuff probably makes you dumb after a while 2. i got ebay elbow cause greddy was out of stock and ebay downpipe that bent cracked twisted and all the fun stuff that was repaired. The elbow is hammered in on the wastegate side in order to clear the steering shaft. Now could probably get it welded but that takes so mutch effort to take it off and put it back on or i can buy this baby. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CS-3-...spagenameZWD1V
Looks sick but is also 300??? What should i do?

1) link is bad, and shouldn't be linking to ebay anyway, forum rules
2) assume you are talking about the circuit sports one piece down pipe- o2 housing piece, yes, its bad ass
3) I am very confused about your post, you bent and cracked the down pipe and o2 housing? Or they came messed up? Try to make your point a little more legibly, lol

Uhh. Your manifold is broken. But you don't want to fix it because that involves taking it off.
Yet you want to buy a new one that will somehow install it's self?
The link doesn't even work and now I have a headache after reading this.
BAH.

First off, raise your fucking car before you do anything else. Fixing your elbow and dp wont do shiet for you if you dont know how to drive a lowered car. Stick your stock elbow back in, you cracked it for 2 possible reasons, 1 I already said, slamming your exhaust is bad juju. 2nd, your engine mounts suck and its stressing the fuck out of the elbow and dp. My suggestion would be, pull the whole turbo, manifold and elbow. Save your ass the trouble now, cuz more than likely, your turbos hanging on for dear life onto your manifold.

Step 1. Fix all your shit, buy Megan Racing components if you're cheap (which you are.) they don't break as easily as whatever the hell you're using. I've hit my MR components in unGODLY ways and they haven't cracked.
Step 2. Don't be lazy, take EVERYTHING out, turbo, manifold, elbow, downpipe. Install new, metal gaskets, new bolts, lock washers and locktite on every bolt and nut. This will save you from having to do this every month.
Step 3. Section your cheap ass downpipe or the MR one, you can take about an inch out of the area after the elbow and the first bend. Get custom exhaust piping that runs as tight as possible to your car.
Step 4. Don't hit your exhaust on shit.

odd, I've daily driven my car for almost 2 years with MR manifold, dump pipe, downpipe and test pipe and havent had any problems relating to the quality of their products.
I did slice the flex section in half on one down pipe (but I was doing about 100mph and grinded it on some crazy pavement, not MR's fault)
But I have literally slammed my entire exhaust system against the ground at speeds well over 60mph numerous times and have suffered no cracks.
Different experiences I guess.

What manifold are you talking about??????
My dump or ebay brand elbow did not fit with the steering shaft, so i had to hammer it in order to make it fit. My Downpipe came free and got bent when my old car gat mushed in between a van and a towncar and looked like a precel with the rear end on the other side of the highway. I was managed to weld it back and somewhat fix it. I already took off the ebay elbow to hammer it more so that it clears the steering shaft. It is leaking because the downpipe flange is not flush. I was asking if i should weld the two flanges or just buy a $300 pipe and replace it.

Cliffnotes,
Don't weld them together, that's fucking mickey mouse. Get new parts. Get an un-divorced elbow or make a cheater gate.
--------------------------------------------------
Get rid of your crap parts. Stop hammering your dump pipe.
Get a dump pipe that isn't divorced, those only work if you plan on making a cheater gate setup or have a RHD car, on LHD they don't fit, and smacking them with a hammer isn't helping shit.
Get a new downpipe. Stop bothering with welding and fixing, and just get new components. Do it right, pull all the components off your car and replace everything right. Otherwise you'll regret it. You'll definitely regret welding them together when it comes time to replace those gaskets.
And learn to seperate your damn thoughts. Fuck.
