Hey everyone,

Im sure most people that ran through the sponsored sections have heard of my company s2ionline.com. If not, let me introduce myself. My name is Alan Long and I am a vendor on this forum and also a local vendor in So Cal. I dont want everyone to think that I ran away from my customers or anything so here is my official apology to the zilvia forum for my mistakes. I had to take an emergency leave to take care of my family so I didn't really have much time to explain myself before. During the time I was taking care of my family, I tried to juggle family and customer orders at the same time which was something I should not have done in the first place. Thats the reason why most of last orders of our groupbuy were delayed. I would like to really apologize for that. I dont expect anyone to forgive me for this but I hope that you all can understand my situation. Ive met a couple of So cal 240 owners here when I did a couple of installations for them and I would like to say thank you for all of your support. If it wasn't for you guys, this would not be my profession.

If you have any comments please feel free to PM me or email me at [email protected]

Thank you for viewing this thread,

It is very rare to see a vendor apologize. I think it speaks volumes about his character.
Hope everything works out for you.

unfortunately, your thoughtful gesture will probably be in vain on this forum, but good stuff anyways and hopefully everything with your family is well...family is first afterall!

I wasn't part of any of your dealings. But I think I can safely say that anybody else here would take care of family first. How long were parts delayed for? Just take care of some people's shipping. Anybody that can't handle the fact that you had to take care of priorities, you probably don't want to deal with in the future anyways.

Any reasonable and understanding human being isn't going to hold a grudge over having something as trivial as car parts delayed so someone can take care of family problems... and if they do like "theicecreamdan" said, you wouldn't want to deal with them in the future anyway.

Well, how long was the delay for? I don't see it being a problem for me if that happened, if that's what really happened.

Actually all the problems have been taken care of, the only problem we really had was delays in shipments.

Well, then it's all good then. I don't think an apology was really necessary, but that's me lol.

Even though everything was resolved, I still think that you guys deserve an apologize as to why my company disappeared for a bit.

LOL at Kelvin scale.

Jesus, people need to find ways to cure cancer. Instead of finding ways to give it to people in their eyes.

On another note. I'm down for a:

"Apology accepted? Groupbuy."

I'll be watching for that.
