Is it one of the cheap thin fuse? In some thread, it says 15 amp fuse, but I don't see any. Could it be the bulky plastic ones? If so, which one is it, because those have no amp rating. thanks in advance

please consult the search button/FSM/ read where it says fuel pump on the plastic cover on the blade fusees in your kick panel.
and please never ask what a SR20 fuse looks like unless you are talking about a fuseable link. you are using your stock fuse panel inside you your S14,driver side kick panel. on the back of that plastic cover it will tell you exactly which one has the pump on it.

oh no wonder. I was lookin in the engine bay fuse box. then what does this box called then? engine panel box? and in the FSM, could you point to what page I would have found the answer? I looked almost all the pages, and only found how to check for blown fuse. Newbie but no excuses :keke:

It looks like any regular automotive 2-prong 15A fuse.

It's about 3-5 mm wide so you can say it's thin. It costs $2 for a dozen so you can say it's cheap.

The "bulky plastice ones" would be your relays and fusible links. The fuse itself is small, as you said above.
then what does this box called then? engine panel box?
The FSM calls it relay box A. It's the underhood relay box near the battery.
and in the FSM, could you point to what page I would have found the answer?
EC section - fuel pump control for wiring schematic. EL section - harness location for physical location of relay and relay box.

g6civicx, thanks for your help!
Just wanted to know if code "SC 70F00" on the ECU is for S14 Sr20 blacktop? I didn't install it, so I'm not so sure.

You can check the ECU code on the JWT website.
Here's a link to the pdf:
