I recently sent my head out to be machined and rebuilt at Paeco. They called me today and said they were looking at my Crowler Retainers and noticed it had an extra step on it and it didn't look like it would work with the Greddy Valve Springs I sent with it.

These are the retainers

Does anyone know if there is something I'm missing here? I'm not going to pretend like a have a clue because I have no valve experience. He's calling me back in a little while so any help would be greatly appeciated.

I think I answered my own question but if someone can confirm. It just needs an inner valve spring in conjunction with the aftermarket valves. Correct???

that machine shop is retarded...

unless they are just referring the fact that your greddy vp suck asshole.

The spring rate on the greddy's are not very much better than stock, coil bind is shitty too.

the Brian Crower springs are better imo.

Then Peak Performance is about equal and of course Ferrera is god.
