Heres a pair of 18" 5x114.3 black wheels, with michellin pilot sport as 245/40/18 tires, everything new w/0 miles. Selling these for a friend, tires are $250 ea. on tirerack.com, wheels are "stern". Asking $350 + shipping for wheels and tires, or $250 for the tires alone.

sorry I don't know the width/offset on the wheels.
