Well, not really a "group buy" so it doesn't matter how many people till $135 maybe I should have titled it differently.

How much do they retail for? I was under the (false??) impression that they were like $240 a pair... ??

edit: how do the adjustables work? I don't quite see how you can adjust the diameter of one of these bars...

The endlink mounting point are what is adjustable. Three settings i believe. I have never seen them for $240 a pair but if you have please let us know where. Actually the only place I have seen them other then on GB's on forums is @ pdm racing for $140 each, but I have heard that the shipping from them up in Canada can lag a bit.

The retail on these are $142 for the non adjustable and $161 for the adjustable.

Does anyone want these? or do you all have them already?

No offense
But I would get a set but the risk of going through a GB on any forums outways the small savings. I could get them from PDM for $140 and have PDM's reputation to put me at ease.
Hope you see what i sayin.
Peace
Good luck

Thanks Jeff(BlackFox).

This is a totaly great deal and i'll probably get a set for you soon. If you think Blackfox is gonna rip you guys off, i doubt it. I met the guy in class and he's a really nice guy.
If you don't wanna buy from him, that's cool. -just don't post crap about how he might be a scam.
You don't really know him so please don't judge.

hey jeff is there a deadline to join the group buy? i MIGHT be able to buy some...next month? maybe after the 20th of this month (payday)...but i dunno, has anyone had experience with the Cusco 30MM(f)/21MM® sway bars? they seem pretty damn beefy, they are bigger than the whiteline bars but not adjustable, hmmm....i dunno i have hardly any money to spend anyways, we'll see how it goes...

Can someone please explain the effects of adjusting the sway bars, I dont understand what they would do if they dont change the diamater. Are they worth more money, or would it be wiser to stick with no adjustables?

It's to adjust the stiffness and softness. The whiteline sway bars come with 3 setting: soft, medium and stiff. Most people would set both front and rear the same, but some of the people, let says, if they want to decrease understeer, ppl would put soft to the front and stiff to the rear. To decrease oversteer, ppl will put still to the front and soft to the rear. It's all depends on you driving style, but the main function of the sway bar is to decrease body roll.

Thanks Ken,

Well, if I have enough orders, which looks like I should. I'll order a batch of them at the end of this month so the 20th sould be cool still. After that I will order when I get enough people and so on.

The largest the sways get for the adjustable is the biggest # in the size range incase you're wondering.

well count me in...jeff, i shot u an email the other day about the group buy. ATTENTION everyone who needs sway bars!!! dont pass this up, if you are gona buy them eventually you might as well save a little money and buy from someone within the 240SX community. i met jeff down at the convention and he's a very cool guy. and if anyone needs stuff besides the sway bars u can email him too, since he can get stuff from several other companies. the more the merrier, so jump in on this group buy while u can...

Dammit.... im interested but you should have the due date like middle of september theres too much going on right now, like im already getting the funds ready for the eibach group buy i keep hearing things about bad ride quality from either set of springs, and as for people not trusting GB's on forums.. why not have a forum set aside just for feedback posts for sellers... like newcelica.org does... but ya ill take a set of whitelines just not for a few weeks....

I'm interested in getting a set for my S14. Do they come with the mounting brackets? I have a base model so I don't have a stock swaybar in the rear.
