if you nitice the smallest metal pipe that's in the middle of the intake, that's what my problem is, the old rubber intake had no hole like this one, the instructions are only in japanese and i did not find any in english!
the picture in the instructions say that it should connect to somthing...:bash:

well, on mine, there are 2 bungs, 1 is from the bov, the 2nd is from the catchcan,
on the redtop, there's a t fitting on the valve cover, one goes to the block towards the back (firewall), the other is a pipe back to the intake (in between is a catch can)

the vacuum fitting went to the factory boost solenoid thing on my SR.

And what about the larger pipe? What does it connect to when using an FMIC?

i have the same intake. use a combination of electrical/corrosion tape and heat shrink wraps. put a small tube of heat shrink wrap. then wrap about 6 inches of tape around the nipple, focusing on the top. bring the heat shrink wrap above the tape with it extending about 1/4 inch over the tip of the bung. use heat gun or sister's (mother's) hair dryer to shrink wrap the tape to the bung. voila, capped. do not try to put a screw in there because it doesn't have threads.
