Tire/wheel dimensions for performance

Hi! My name is Hary. I'm from Germany.
I drive since short a S13 hatch with CA18DET.

I would know gladly which tire and wheel dimensions are optimal
for grip-driving with approximately 200HP.

I thought in such a way of 8x17 offset 25 with 225/45/17 Tires (all around)??

that size sounds good, it should clear everything pretty well, but you could pick something more aggressive if you are willing to work at it. 9x17 is doable if you kept the offset on the low side. search around here for more detail on fitment of aggressive sizes.

the 17x8 will fit easily, but perhaps you're better of going with a 235/40/17 tire for a little more contact patch and it'll save a little room up front for cornering. You could put 9s, but if you're slammed, you may run into trouble with that 225/45
