Well, looks like I need a new muffler. Mine broke right where the main pipe goes into it. It now sounds like a riced out Honda!

My question is: Is there any gain to buying a Random Technologies Cat 240SX (from Heavythrottle.com) and sticking it on the end of my stock exhaust? or Should I just bite the bullet and spend the 600 bucks for something like a Blitz NUR Spec system?

Thanx in advance,
Starlin

Main reason a muffler would break would be from corrosion weakening the old one. I'd take a good look at all your piping - you may want to replace everything from the catalytic converter back.

Um, why would you replace a muffler with a cat?

Thanx guys, I have looked arround the net and through old posts and I have decided to go with the N1 Dual. I'm also going to get a test pipe since there is no emissions testing where I live <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

I wasn't really looking at what I was doing when I got that example, I meant to say just a Universal Muffler.
