Alright, so I just completed my KA-T in my S14.

I am currently using a 3" SR20 downpipe (I believe it to be from an S13).

Problem is it doesn't fit quite right. It fits under the car ok, but when I go to put my cat-back on again, it doesn't line up right.

So I'm wondering if there's a difference between S13 and S14 SR20 downpipes. I always understood them to be interchangeable.

Someone please enlighten me.

Thanks,

Walter.

The rear flange on the SR downpipe does not line up if it's bolted to a KA manifold, so however you built your setup you made it as close to OE as possible. Just buy a cat with floating flanges.

What do you mean by floating flanges?
