Help!!! SR20DET idles high and runs like crap!

As the title says I just got done with my swap. The car idles at about 2000 rpm and it bogs down really bad when you drive it. I checked the MAF and I am getting power to the plug but when I unplug the stupid thing with the engine running there is no change. This morning I tried to check the ECU for codes but the light does not blink it just stays lit up. Any ideas????

Also I checked the wiring. I am getting 12-14 volts on the black/white wire but nothing on the signal wire. Bad ecu????

if by some miracle from God this is not a maf. check ALL and i mean ALL your piping for a boost leak. reset the timing. then if it dont work poor water in it (please dont lol)

Well, I also tried my SOHC MAF and it didn't work either. Would the timing cause all of these problems??? I swear I am not stupid, just new to the swap world.

reset your timing using the fsm step by step. come back afterwards

I dont know where to get the FSM, zeroyon.com doesnt work anymore.

Timing was off about 5 degrees I think.... It was on the 3rd mark from the left not the 2nd. Car settled down a little but not much changed. Also, could all of this be due to me running open header with no dp or cat back????

complete the whole set up 1st .....u didnt mention that u had an open dp with it

no o2 sensor???? when i have a mean exhaust leak from the head to manifold, my car idles high and boggs...still drivable but sucks. will be throwing off the o2 sensor as well. but definately check for vaccum leaks. pressurize the system. if you already checked, check again, and again.
