Placed a order for Megan coilovers last week from Underground Motorsports and have not gotten a confromation email from them. Try to email them sevral times and did not get a reply back. Called there contact number and it was some random guys number not Underground Motorsports. Just a little worried. Have any one place a order rencently from them having the same problem?

I bought a strut bar from them years ago. but not anything from them recently.

They also have an aim account thats online all the time: undergroundmspts

I got my coilovers from UM, I was under the impression it was just one guy selling megan products as a vendor. So maybe that was the right number. They did take a long time to get to me, and as far as I recall the confirmation/tracking information took a long time to get to me as well. But he did finally send them out to me. Can't really complain, just a bit of a wait. Hell, he might be travelling or something, IIRC he has some fancy carbon fiber S14 that he takes to events.

Well Im happy to say that I just received my Megan coilovers today. Just a head up to people who order from Underground Motorsports you will not get a confromation email. But you will get your stuff. It took about a week and half to get my coilovers. Most likely I will not order from them again.

Sorry you had a bad experience man.

My wife and I are currently relocating from Nashville, TN to Ft. Worth, TX, as I begin my new job down there, as a Medical Equipment Sales Rep, on April 2. Underground has been a part-time business for me, since we shut down the physical store in 2004.

I have been checking emails from a local library, as everything is packed up in boxes currently.

I apologize about the delay, but my cell phone is 615-424-4001, and you can reach me there.

With my limited time, I have not been browsing all the various 240SX websites I post on.

It's been a check company emails, and call it a day kind of thing.

Operations will be back to normal in about two more weeks.

talk about bad business, unresponsive, slow shipping, good website though!

I have been on Zilvia for over 5 years (4 years with this screenname), and have NEVER screwed over ONE customer.

I have never provided slow shipping, unless a part was on backorder, and then I notified the customer.

Please dont degrade my business, as I care about my reputation and the way customers perceive me.

Yes, S13 coilovers were on a slight backorder waiting for the container to arrive in L.A.

Coilovers arrived at Megan's headquarters on Tuesday, and they shipped out same day to my five backorders....one of which was yours...

This thread could've been avoided by waiting 3 days.
People are far too used to getting instant gratification and are unwilling to be patient.
