There's a recall on pet food. The food is contaminated (they have yet to find out exactly what the problem is.) and has been causing kidney failure in pets.

Please make sure you're not feeding your pets food recently released from Menu Foods, Inc.

Yeah I saw that the other day and was concerned since I buy all my pets food at walmart. But I guess I've been feeding them Purina and not any of those other 40+ brands.

shit...i feed my dog that nutro stuff, but he's been eatin that for like a month now..i guess i got lucky and didnt get that 1 percent thats bad...whew.

Doesn't mean he couldn't develop problems later on. I'd take him to the vet just to make sure.

thats why you should feed you dog left overs that you dont eat, and give it beer. thats how my old dog lived to be 15 years old, and it was a shepard/ beagle mix.

Did you know salt is really bad for the dog kidney? I was reading some BS about that a couple weeks ago and now the poor dog only eats dog foods. But dogs really like beer for "some" reason though... hehe
