Bi-Weekly Sunday Cruise? 626/909/714/562/818

was thinking of organizing a bi-weekly cruise to everyone in the local areas

idea:
*bi-weekly
*1 week to vote/give ideas of where to meet and drive
*each meet spot will be a place to eat lunch together
*different highway each week/possibly canyon roads

its about that time in the season where things are starting to warm up and get nice again, possibly a cruise down to the beach to hangout...any and all ideas are welcomed (please use common sense, lol)

id like to hear some feedback on this before setting a date

thats exactly what i was thinking when i wrote the thread....mullholland drive eh? lol...i guess thats an idea lol, but i was thinkin something like PCH, or some nice canyon roads like santiago in irvine

Live Oak. Yeah, that one is decent. I saw a cruise up PCH to the LA canyons would be better though.

Whoever was driving in that video, you guys are fucking stupid for driving like that in the daytime. There's traffic on the road and passing in non passing areas is dangerous as fuck. I've driven that road several times and been stuck behind slower drivers and haven't passed because of the possibility of oncoming traffic. Not to mention that's a residential road. It's not like GMR where it's isolated and stuff. People live off the side of that road There are houses and schools and shit on the road.

yeah i have to agree with artic there, i've been down that road aswell, but never ever....EVER takin the oncomming lane where its a no overtaking place, nor has anyone that was there with me, there is always traffic there, i'm sorry but if we go places everyone has to agree not to drive like that...i recognize that area and there is a school on the left....after all that there are no house and shit for a while, its better for spirited drivin, but no takin oncomming lanes in a no overtaking area...so ricer.

yea thatd be awesome. here in north county san diego, we have lots of canyon roads and all of them lead to like 4 casinos.. haha

their actions say other wise. i'm glad to hear that you weren't there, and i would love to have a driving cruise event.but if it's spirited driving you want i would suggest a.c. @ like 3 am. maybe something like meet at autobachs at like 10 am, and then caravan down to the casino/ canyon are of san diego.

oh i was there...but i dont drive like that (i.e. passing cars)....azusa canyon at 3am...cool, just like those guys recently who got their ITR and Legacy stolen from them at gunpoint up there...no thanx lol...im up for SD/casino/canyon cruise

Good to know you werent driving like an ass. Regardless, that's a public road and transited often. With regards to the whole carjacking, it's because they were two guys, alone up there. If I ever go to GMR, it's with a group of at least 5 guys or else no go just because of stupid shit like that.

^just pack some heat and you'll be fine....lol i kid, yeah but that road is a nice drive there are alot of roads....i'll go onto the bimmer forums one of these days cuz they go or used to go on a lot of drives and they have found some really nice roads.
