car is completely stock except for a triple projector silvia front.

comes with a ka24e that does not run. I have all the parts to make it run with the car.

asking $1500 obo will not part out. I need to move this car and finish another project.

what's wrong with the motor that it does not run? What is the condition of the chassis? Any rust at all? Has the car been in an accident? etc.

Clean title, no wrecks. Minimal surface rust in the trunk but seriously not bad. the wiring harness needs to be installed, the lower tranny harness needs a little bit of work, ac needs to be installed, gauge cluster plug needs to be rewired. that's about it. Motor has 240k miles, tranny is good.
