1991 240sx hatch for sale

i am selling my 1991 240sx black hatch 5 speed. it has 208k miles on it, engines runs great, replaced tranny 2 months ago, aem intake, pignose front end and i also have the origonal bumper as well. paint is ok on the car, only bad place really is the hood, some tree sap ate away at clear coat and its like spots everywhere. i pretty much just drove this car to work, didn;t do too much mods or anything. oil changed every 3k miles, and pretty much maintained. rust wise there is some on frame rails but not much, but i haven;t noticed any other rust spots. i am asking for 1200 for it. here is some pics
