Flying to Phoenix and 2 days in Las Vegas

Hello everyone,
I will be leaving Saturday morning from New Jersey with my girlfriend. I will be there for 1 week, minus 2 days of Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday to head to Vegas. Let me know any hotspots for 21+ in the area. If you want to hang out and drive or do some other fun activities, I am down for that as well.
