This is a great kit for the ka, and the only reason im selling it is because im going to be selling my car, and my motors goin back to stock.
The kit includes all the parts necessary for it to bolt onto your ka.
The turbo is a Garrett TO4B, and kicks in around a low 3300 rpms.
Exhaust manifold is custom made. no leaks or cracks in the welds.
The external wastegate is made by Tial, which is set to 7psi. I never changed the boost.
The downpipe was also custom made and is 3".
Intercooler is front mounted and is huge. I have custom pipes for the intercooler, which are painted black and fit for a s14.
Oil line and relocation is included.
Run on stock ecu!! BEGi fuel pressure regulator included in the kit as well.
sorry intake filter no longer included.
This kit ran great on my ka with amazing results. Estimated around 300 hp and about 260 to the wheels. And that is running on 7psi. For daily driving it is perfect and VERY reliable.
Asking price is $1200, $1250 shipped.
Located in thousand oaks, ca 91360.

Yeah its an ebay mani and an ebay fmic.
that mani is like 200 or less new
fmic is like 330 new
turbo is worth 450-500.
waster gate is worth like 125-150
You could make this kit yourself for like 1300.
I think you need to re-think your pricing sir.

hmm ok the manifold is not off ebay, nor made cheaply in any fassion.
if your not interested in purchasing the turbo kit, feel free to remove your un-knowledgeable thoughts from my thread.
thanks :)

and thats^ giving REAL good prices.
the mani on ebay can be had for 90 bux NEW.
same thing, look at the collector and you can see that it was not professionally made, other words, CHEAPLY made.
FMIC kit is less than 250 NEW SHIPPED from ebay.
that turbo is at most 650-700 NEW from REPUTABLE dealers, used, t04b on ebay sells for less than 200 on good auctions.
oillines are 65 from jgs.
if that infact is a real tial, its worth ~150
custom dp is only 100 bux from the muffler shop.
that still puts it at only 765.
that FPR = 150 at most.
still only 900.
the fact that turbo "kit" isnt even bolt on, priceless.
you still need management and injectors to get it running correctly unless you want your engine to explode after 1mi of driving.

/\ you dont know what the fu** you are talking about. I thought I already told you people if your not interested in my kit, then shut your mouth. PERIOD. not to mention your breaking rules and guidlines of zilvia's forum.
And do you know what a BEGi fuel pressure regulator is?!!!! that is the managment system!! therefore no need for injectors or updated ecu.
AND your engine will NOT explode with this kit, I never EVER had one problem once i put it on, running at 7psi of boost. It is extremley reliable for a daily driven dirft car like mine.
wow i like how i am repeating stuff i have already stated in the initial post. please read!
This kit is dirrect bolt on with everyting you will need.
i apologize for sounding harsh, but when people have the audacity to slander my sale I take offence.

Its funny how your "XS Engineering" Intercooler does NOT have XS Engineering stamped on it like this XS Engineering Intercooler:
http://www.xs-engineering.com/xsstore/pc/catalog/xs11-0500-720_77_detail.jpg
Also the silicon couplers on the XS Engineering kit are stamped XS Engineering. How about yours?
p11driver
03-18-2007, 12:27 AM
I bought the intercooler off a friend by itself. as well as the manifold. He told me they were both made by xs engenering. I dont know why my intercooler doesnt have the stamp on the bottom, I didnt inspect the stuff he sold me i just put it on, and as long as it worked i was happy. I just assumed my friend wouldnt try to rip me off, didnt think he would lie about that shit.
If its really not made by xs engenering then i can lower my price, its not a problem.

Hey im interested. Im not sure if this is a lowball but I have $800 cash and can pick it up. So everything is there to get it running? But the problem is I have an s13. The only difference would be the fmic piping right.

Hmm, bone stock KA24DE exploding after one mile of driving...LOL...that has been the best exaggeration I've seen!!!! What a joke! Maybe if the turbo kit is installed on a KA with an already blown head gasket!
Obviously there are a handful of people who haven't turbo'd a KA24DE. Those who have dropped in a turbo kit into their completely stock KA w/out ECU or injectors know the truth.
YOUR CAR WILL RUN FINE stock as long as you're not an idiot by cranking up the boost on the stock injectors, running stock fuel pump with higher than 7psi boost, no FMU and keeping the timing stock...you gotta retard it!
Everyone knows that running stock injectors vs. 370cc+ isn't as reliable...it's a rule of thumb, but the motor isn't a ticking time bomb either.
Engine reliability is all dependent on driving habits, engine condition, fuel quality, etc.
I speak from KA-T experience and have easily pulled from SR powered S13's and S14's.
The only Sr's that gave me a run for my money are my friends that were boosting over 12psi, full bolt-ons including front mount, 500+ cc injectors, tuned ECU, lightened flywheel and flames coming out of their exhaust. We were dead even.
I've put over 25,000 on my KA-T and never did it blow up! Nor did the four other guys I know running the same setup.
I advise to those who aren't KA-T experienced, keep your comments to yourself and let p11driver make his sale in peace. If you're engine blew up after an install, you did something horribly wrong.
Just my two pennies.

lol, so what if its an exaggeration? its just to show how insufficient this "kit" is to "bolt-on" and go.
and, oh, dont worry about me.
i've done my research PLENTY and ive a kit sitting @ home waiting to be installed.
FPR with only stock injectors wont be sufficient to support what that turbo can push @ 7psi.
t04b is not a small turbo, 7psi on that thing is MUCH differnt than a smaller t25 or t28.
first off, most of these parts arent as advertised.
also since we're on this subject.. is that a real "tial"?
second off, Run on stock ecu!! BEGi fuel pressure regulator included in the kit as well.
This kit ran great on my ka with amazing results. Estimated around 300 hp and about 260 to the wheels. And that is running on 7psi. For daily driving it is perfect and VERY reliable.
you really thing stock injectors will push upto 260 @ the wheels with only a fpr?
you're in for a RUDE awakening if you think so.
all FPR does is raise the fuel pressure to accomodate, its a tuning DEVICE, not a solution.
The kit includes all the parts necessary for it to bolt onto your ka.
ill raise the flag on that statement. :bs: :bs: :bs:

Dude who are you Mr. know it all? I thought i already told you to quit while your behind! You speak as tho this kit was not on my car and I didnt drive with it for over 5,000 miles.....Let me re-state this for the millionth time. I ran 7psi with my fpr and the car was a beast. No motor issues or any problems of any kind!!! period. I never dyno the car, my numbers are rough estimates. which i why i said around 260 to the wheels. estimate as in guess, i can tell you the car was fast as fuck.
It has all the parts to bolt on and go, yes. whats faulty about that statment????? As with any turbo kit, you have to put an oil return tube on your oil pan. other than that the car will run with no issues. The driver should also drive the car smart, as in not redline every gear all day long. There are times to enjoy the turbo, and times to drive it safe on the streets.
Listen Babo, if you have your own turbo kit, then go put it on and go drift it, or learn how to. Stop wasting yours and my time with nonsence.
And yes it is a real tial wategate. As well as real garrett turbo. Im sorry to those about the confusion of xs engenering making the intercooler and manifold. Im not trying to lie about what im selling, i seriously did not know it was not xs engenering.
Thanks to donkayroo and his knowledable comments.

That is not a real Tial wastegate. Where's the stamping on the top and the logo on the cast?
I'm not shitting on your thread, I'm just informing you and any potential buyers that the parts you're selling aren't what you say they might be. I also believe that turbo might have been rebuilt already. I see a red rebuild tag.

Damn. Pwned.
P11 just remake this thread. Ask the mods for a lock. Maybe lower your price.
Someone will buy your stuff, but I think the price is too high for some "questionable" parts.
Sometimes you have to take a loss especially if you cannot prove the items you're selling with receipts.
