ok so heres the deal... right now i am currently runnin N/A with a built
ka24de... i know from pullin spark plugs i am runnin pretty lean.. also i kno i need to get a wideband.. which i am prolly goin to pick up a plx devices 300 series. my question is by using the safc and stock injectors can i add fuel using the safc like u would remove fuel on some turbo setups? but untill i get the wideband i was plannin on installin the safc/z32 maf and runnin stock conditions and or bumpin up fuel till i get the wideband... if tha can work what do u guys think i should run on the safc... also i let a friend borrow my safc for his turbo talon and the safc is set for his car. is it hard to take away his settings..and how would i go about doin so thanx

I know of one guy locally who used an AFC and SR 370s on his NA car to tune with and add fuel, though it's not a well accepted idea it did make a little more power. The only drawback he had was that the amount of tuning/parts didn't justify the added power, I believe it dynoed at around 165whp, but that's with all the other typical bolt on parts as well. If you plan to turbo the KA and can use the AFC and injectors later on, go for it. Otherwise you're just spending money and getting back very little.

i wouldn't. just get a wideband controller before you start playing with settings and blow something up...

like R240NA said.....its not much of a power gain, and probably not even worth the time/effort

i dont want to tune it now i wanna have it hooked up . and use my z32 maf. is there settings which would keep it stock... like where i have took away fuel in the past ex -20 put it to 0 that would be stock right?
