I've listed the set of OEM JDM Tweeter sailpanels on ebay along with some other random s13 parts. These things are extremely rare, and a must have for any JDM Junkie. Can't link to the page due to restrictions on zilvia but my user ID is negreac. I'd be willing to consider offers up until the end of the auctions, but you'd probably be better off bidding.
