im in nor cal and im looking for a shop to swap an sr into my s14. anyone know of a cheap reliable shop?

That's an oxymoron.. reliable labor doesn't come cheap, cheap labor is rarely reliable. I know that doesn't help, but just food for thought for your search for a shop. I would +1 for SDP, from seeing their personal car-builds, they do good-looking work.
