Their older design sucked ass. They never had a good product until they made it one piece and coated it decently, so at this price I'd suggest people get on it. The OBX is an exact copy is stainless so you're getting a slightly cooler underhood temp with the Hotshot.

I bought a hotshot header for my old S14....one of the best bolt on pieces I ever bought. No defects, fit great, and made great power gains, especially on the top end.

I might just get one for the power boost until I go turbo, shit for that price why not?

Wow, I paid ~$220 shipped for a used hotshot header about 1.5 years ago. This is a sweet deal. Fitment is great, power gains are noticable (altho I haven't dyno'd it)

Odd. Had mine for over 6 months. I was lowered significantly and took it out too the track. it's still in awesome condition. Never bottomed it out and never scarped it significantly. It actually gave me more clearance than the stock manifold, haha.

Had my DC sports for 2 years now and still no problems....
FYI at the price DC sports sells there headers with ceramic coating at it's a deal. West Coast powder coating charges $150 to ceramic coat a header anyways....

The sweat shops that he mentions about over sea's are OBX,Psuedo,MEGAN.....
I also know that there was a lawsuit over the production of the OBX header, looking similar to the Hotshot header, pretty sure they paid him enough that he doesn't need to work anymore.
With that said no more HOTSHOTS for the 240sx......

1st of all the shop on rosemead is closed, I've been there its all shut, now two of my friends who source mandrel bends from him both say the shop is closed

John Spangler does not answer phonecalls maybe because he knows the nature of why my friend is calling him :D which is he was paid to do a side project and never completed it and we have not been able to recover our own parts that we gave him including a brand new ball bearing turbo

soooooo if you guys get your stuff which i hope you will and i dont doubt you will I s'pose we'll be making a new effort to find him to get OUR stuff back

chill yo, tracking numbers with ups usually do not display any info for up to 24 hours. try again tomorrow and if you don't see anything then, it is time to start freaking out!

the power gain is very noticeable, esp in the higher rpms. i seemed to get better mpg too

you can get a highflow S13 cat and it will bolt right up after the header. That's what I did...

Wow, I'm lucky! Randomly checked their website on the 1st of March, got mine on the car monday! They sound great, noticable power gain as well. Great product! (no problems with the company either)
