what all would have to be replaced in order to "make" the engine boost worthy(14psi+)


i am a newb yes and i have searched this forum today and have found not much concerning the build up of the engine itself....so any help would be appreciated

connecting rods n' piston heads, 8.5:1 compression. arias pistons seem to be well liked.
