s14 and z32 rear hubs

Are s14 and z32 rear 5 lug hubs the same? Or what im really trying to get at, can you use s14 rear hubs with z32 n/z spindles?

Yes you can use S14 hubs in z32 spindles. You will need the cone washers, and z32 mounts for your coilovers.

ya i know about the z32 lower mounts...but what washers are these you speak of?
