I got a cousin Manuel. hahha
need:
5 speed tranny and mount
clutch kit with pilot bearing and 5 speed flywheel
slave cylinder, clutch hard lines, master cylinder, clutch peddle assembly
5 speed driveshaft
extra: 5 speed brake peddle assembly or just cut your automatic one (it will sit higher than the clutch peddle).
manual shifter trim and boot.
Your 5 speed tranny shouldn't have any oil in it, if it does; drain it.
drain tranny oil, unbolt drive shaft, unlink the shifter cable, remove oil lines to radiator, unplug wires to sensors on tranny, unbolt the tranny from the motor, unbolt the tranny mount. drop the tranny, remove engine under cover to access the 4 bolt holding the torque converter, pull out the automatic pilot bearing.
put on 5 speed fly wheel, pop on the manual pilot bearing, put on the new clutch, greese the pilot bearing hole, put on the new throwout bearing on the tranny and greese the clutch fork pivot ball. put the 5 speed tranny on, mount the tranny mount and driveshaft.
Get into the car and remove the shifter assembly, tape up the shift lock cable in OPEN position (so you can remove the key, you can pull it all out if you want). Pour 2.5 quarts of GL4 gear oil (redline mt90) into the tranny and mount the shifter, mount the boot and ring, now mount the shifter boot and trim.
Go under the driver side dash and cut a hole for the clutch master cylinder, there are indentions for it. Pull the automatic trans ECU down there too. Once done, mount the clutch peddle assembly and master cylinder, install the hard lines, Under the car, bend the lines so it faces the slave cylinder if neccessary (sometimes they're facing towards the back of the car because of a damping line). Bleed the slave cylinder and attack the wiring.
