WTB: KA Manual Conversion

Hello, I am located in So. CA., and am searching for parts to convert an automatic 240sx KA to a manual. The parts I need are as follows:

Transmission
Driveshaft
ECU
Transmission Harness
Flywheel
Brake Pedal
Clutch Pedal
Clutch Master Cylinder
Clutch Slave Cylinder
Transmission Mount
Shifter Assembly

and extra bonuses would be:
Throwout bearing
Pilot Bushing
Clutch Fork

I need all of these parts so if you have all or most please let me know at your earliest convenience!
