Spedo sensor question for rb25

Spedo sensor from nissan is pretty expensive compared to aftermarket, only issue is the aftermarket dosent come with the gear. Does anyone know if the ka or sr spedo gear is the same as on the rb25 or z32? Thanks!

I sent my s14 cluster to a shop, they recalibrated the cluster for me after going Rb20 . only like 120 bucks.......i will dig and see what the shops name was.

and for the rb25 to work, you just use the rb25 sensor and rewire it into the ka lower harness.

You guys misunderstood my question. My tranny didnt come with a spedo sensor. A 300zxtt spedo sensor will work in the rb25 tranny, but through nissan the sensor is about $160. An aftermarket sensor is like $40-50, but they dont come with the gear on the end of the sensor. I just need to know if an sr20 spedometer sensor gear will work on a 300zxTT sensor???? Thanks!

im lost too with this, i have the rb20 in an s14. i searched and found its a cable speedo in the rb20, but elec in the s14. how are you getting the cluster to work with a different speedo drive?
