Sorry for the inconvenience but when you had placed this order, seibon just hit a back order on the hood along with VIS, which took us a week to learn because VIS is very poor with their stock invetnroy. We had suggested a refund during the time period or perhaps even to use credit on another product. But it was not us that did not have the product but as their representative it is no excuse. We do apologize for the delay but fortunately we did receive it in today and you should receive the hood before this weekend with rush shipment of course. The tracking number will be available by today or tomrrow but everything was taken care of and again sorry for the delay.
