Someone/Something poked a hole in my passenger side door panel, its about 1cm across on the hard vinyl area and in a position where it looks very noticable and ugly. How would I go about fixing this? id take some pics but im at work.
heres a pic I found, i circled the area with the small hole/puncture.. but its passenger side.

Cut the hole bigger and stuff a tweeter in there...? Put a sticker over it? Electrical Tape? I don't know about you but a 1cm hole is something I could care less about. You will probably forget about it in a week anyways.

You can always find a used door panel and replace what you have. You would probably have to re-vinyl over any repair you would make otherwise with epoxy, resin, etc... I would just try to find a used panel to throw on and be done with it.

it looks worse then you would think. I talked to someone who can repair it but id rather do it myself. The area it's in is not optimal for a tweeter and I already have tweeters in my pillars. appreciate the thought however

Have a pro do it. Repairing vinyl is not an easy task and it's something you'll do more harm than good trying to make it look better. I worked in an upholstery shop for a while and the guys who do it for a living have a well honed skill that a novice cannot begin to compare to.

I just got used panels for 20$ because my driver's side had a big gash in it, and the vinyl was comming off with that tweed shit.

ok, you can get used panels pretty easy, you can pay a lot to have a pro do it, or you can stay up late watching infomercials until you see the one for the leather and vinyl repair kits. i say go w/ finding used panels. it's got to be the cheapest and easiest way.

I'll take your word for it and not touch it. I can get a great deal on the repair anyways and i'll get him to fix everything else while he's at it. Was just curious to how hard it would be. thanks
